Add scroll IDs to your sections via Scroll Section in the right sidebar.
Then add a Scroll Variant effect, choose section in view and link up each section with the corresponding variant.
These can be quite tricky to set up if you have smaller sections. You have three viewport options top, centre, and end. This means that the variant effect will trigger when that part of the section with the scroll ID hits the selected part of the viewport
