Start by adding a Scroll Section to your page via the right sidebar, target this with your button.
Set its position to Fixed, make sure it's layered above your other content (using zIndex), and pin it to your desired position.
Then, to make it only show when needed, add a new effect: a Scroll Animation with a Section in View trigger.
Ensure Replay is set to Yes, and remove the exit animation.
The remix also covers how to trigger animations once we scroll out of the viewport or x number of pixels.
